Starting off ..
This was taken on our last holiday together in Spain Aug 2005 ... introducing the family: That's Kita, Ciaran, Sally, Lynda and John. We'll be slightly differently attired during the walk...
Hello from big Sis! I left a piece of my heart in Jean Pied de Port many years ago. Make sure you pick it up on the way and take it all the way with you! My love to you all and I will be following you every step of the way! Love Jane
Woke up this morning thinking of you, Climbing the Pyrenees two by two. You've started now no going back, best foot forward keep on track.
Has Pat's boot been broken in yet, Or are the pesky little blisters posing a threat.
I bet Stephen's marching ahead, Impressing you all with his long legged tread.
Sally we know won't see style for a while, but with your dreadlocks you will make people smile.
John as good as you are with public talking, shut your mouth and keep on walking (contributed by Eileen)
Lynda are you walking ten paces ahead, only stopping to make sure all are well fed. Do you need the tom tom to help you find your way or have you thrown the bloody thing away.
We just wanted to express to you our feelings out loud because of you all we are feeling so proud

hello fam, hope the first day of walking goes ok. thinking of you, with all our love from kita and sian. sort of wishing we could make this message rhyme.
Hi y'all hope tor feet are not too sore! Will be great to see pics. when the fog has cleared.With you all the way. Love and very proud of you all-Sally X
Can't believe you have had such a hard couple of days! It sounds like Sally may be in shock what with all the bugs and the Blair witch experience. Kevin tells me I have to buy her something pretty in sympathy - he suggests shoes, I think he is going a bit crazy - I need new shoes!!! He also says he will not play any golf until John returns to the UK!!! We are thinking of you all the time and are hoping you get some better weather. Lots and lots of love to you all, Dawnxxxx
