Not much more to say than the temporary entry before.. Managed to see part of Burgos cathedral (again marked down for camino 2!) and we eventually hit the Meseta towns..we had lunch (in fact the hotel breakfast which we had packed up earlier leaving the table like it had been hit by locusts!
This was in Hornillos which was a dingy basement Refugio .. The man was keen to make us stay.. But we plodded on AND on ... To hontanas.. Mentioned below.. Lovely.. Except bunk beds swayed & all fellow non spanish europeans had nicked blankets .. COLD...
